Like many of you...I, Citizen of the Blogosphere, only find time to write at night. After the kids have gone to bed. Our computer is in the basement. It's dark out. My imagination tends to be completely over-active.
I've just settled down with a cup of tea and full intentions to comment for the next half-hour.
Scratch. Scratch. Scratch.
"What is that noise?" (mental note: remind husband to set mouse traps)
Scratch. Scratch. Scratch.
"Is it getting louder? Is it coming from the ceiling?"
A lone paw emerges and I see it out of the corner of my eye!

Yep you're right ...great title. She may be a naughty pussy, but she sure is a cute one! Maybe she's taking care of the mice so husband doesn't need to! Go Moo!!

Sneaky kitty. I'm glad we don't have any ceiling tiles to get into as I'm sure my cats would find a way. As it is they opened the freezer countless times and at least three times caused us to lose all the food inside!
Hmm. Wouldn't this be proof that Darwinism DOESN'T work since the cat is still alive ... and doing the same thing repeatedly? I'm afraid to ask how she got up there though ;)
She is a genius, she knows the best mice are up in the rafters.
Not a naughty pussy, one smart pussy (but aren't we all)
:)
Oh, that is some good stuff right there. Looooooove the photo. So funny.
Super-funny! I was laughing hard at the photo even before reading what the heck that was.
Very creative title!!
What a silly cat! my cat will climb to the top of our ladder when we go up to the attic, and somehow he can climb down by himself too...crazy cat!
Isn't it funny what weird things cats think up to do? Stopping by from SITS! Merry SITSmas.
lol how cute! My cat is always getting himself in the craziest situations! then he cries because he cant get out! So the BF or I have to come to the rescue =D
Thaanks for sharing your best of 09! SITS style =D

Stopping by form sits! Cute post! =)
Cats are great climbers and love playing hide-n-seek. My dad's cat, Striper, got stuck up between the ceiling tiles. It got sick and went to hide up there and would not come down for days and we couldn't reach him to get him out. Eventually, he finally came down on his own.
Visiting from SITS.
I've read about cats that get stuck in walls for inordinate amounts of time before being rescued. Your pussy is trying to get some publicity by getting lost in the ceiling.
